1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your session at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Refund Policy
- For Sessions: We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. If you feel that the service was not up to your expectations, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
- For Unused Sessions: If you cancel a prepaid session at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund for the unused session.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@therapistpriyanka.com. We will review the request and issue a refund if applicable.
